What areas do you service?

We cover the entire Taranaki region with no travel fees. If your property is outside of Taranaki, we can provide a customised travel quote.

How do I book a shoot?

All bookings are made easily through our online system (Book Here), where you can select the service, date, and time that works best for you.

What’s your turnaround time?

We deliver photos within 24 hours and video/other media within 48 hours, so your listing can hit the market fast.

Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?

Not necessarily. Many agents provide us access details, and we’ll take care of everything. But you’re welcome to be there if you’d like.

What if the weather is bad on the day?

We’ll work with you to reschedule or adapt where possible. Overcast skies are often fine, but for heavy rain or strong winds, rescheduling may be necessary.

Do you work directly with homeowners or only with agents?

We primarily work with real estate agents, but also with homeowners, developers, and builders who want professional marketing for their properties.
